Question: How long will it take for my order to ship?

Answer: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We process and ship orders 7 days a week to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping company. Preorders may take 4-8 weeks.

Domestic and international orders are usually shipped via SF Express or FedEx. If these carriers are unavailable, an alternative courier will be used.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once payment has been processed.

Question: I had an item in my cart, but when I went to check out, it said "sold out." What happened?

Answer: Our releases are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to the limited nature of our items. An item might have been in multiple carts, and the first customer to complete their order secures the item.

Though unlikely, if an order is completed but an item is out of stock during fulfillment, we will contact you via email and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Question: How do I clean or maintain the shoe?

Answer:

• Use wet wipes or hand wash with mild soap.
• Air dry away from heat or direct sunlight.
• Optional: Use polish for shine or apply leather conditioner to keep leather soft.
• Avoid soaking or machine washing.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
